RULES & REGULATIONS

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following. This is an agreement between the Guest and Ederlezi Boutique Hotel.

Tariff

The tariff paid (as per reservation pricing) is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable. Meals & other services are available at extra cost.

Settlement of Bills

In case your reservation is not fully prepaid, bills must be settled on presentation, via credit/debit card (except American Express) or cash in Euro. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We know that plans change and cancellations of bookings may occur. Guests have the right to cancel their reservations in Ederlezi Boutique Hotel.

  • For cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival, no fees apply.
  • For cancellations of 7 days prior until the previous day of arrival, the 100% of the 1st night of stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • In case of a cancellation at the same day of arrival, or a no-show of the guests, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

Arrival

Check-in is at 15.00 p.m. on the arrival day. There must be at least one guest over 18ys old in every reservation made. All of the guests’ names must be identified and recorded by the reception in addition to the head guest on the reservation. Guests can check in earlier, depending on the availability of their room, upon request to the reception which is never guaranteed. All guests must present their ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon check-in. By law, visitors must present required personal documents for hotel records and agree to their numbers be kept on record of the Hotel. These documents will be returned upon departure.

Departure

Check-out time is 12.00 p.m. on the departure day. Please inform the reception desk if you wish to retain your room beyond this time and a late check-out will be possible depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff for one day will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of the period of stay, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest.

Luggage Storage

Subject to availability of the storage space, guests can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period longer than the guest’s stay +/- 1 day, except in agreement with the management.

Guest's Belongings

Guests of Ederlezi Boutique Hotel are kindly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out to Athens or going to sleep.
Ederlezi Boutique Hotel will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever.

Lost & Found

Ederlezi Boutique Hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please contact us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item. We are not responsible for any item left behind by a Guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item was found, via the guest’s contact information. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries and personal hygiene products are discarded upon finding.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome to Ederlezi Boutique Hotel and can stay in the rooms with the adults. The presence of children must be made known to the Hotel during the reservation process. Children are to be under supervision by an adult at all times and in all spaces and should not be left alone in the rooms or common spaces. Ederlezi Boutique Hotel does not provide cribs or baby cots.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in Ederlezi Boutique Hotel, except for service animals. The presence of a service animal must be made known to the Hotel during the reservation process.

Visitors & Invitees

Visitors to guests of Ederlezi Boutique Hotel must notify the reception upon their arrival, must be accompanied by the guest at all times and cannot remain in the rooms after 23.00 p.m.

Hazardous/Flammable Goods

Bringing goods and/or storing of items of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is not allowed.

Guests shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, the other guests, invitees, visitors, and personnel for all loss, financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any instructions.

Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals (domesticated or not) and all items prohibited by law are not welcome on hotel premises.

Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Ederlezi Boutique Hotel’s property caused by themselves, their invitees or any person for whom they are responsible for.

Guest conduct

It is agreed that the guests will conduct themselves in a respectable manner towards other guests and hotel staff and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.

The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the above, the management has the right to remove the guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

Right to refuse service

Ederlezi Boutique Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone for any reason that does not violate Greek and European law. The hotel reserves the right to remove, without refund, one or more persons who refuse to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by Greek law and hotel regulations.

Smoking

No smoking or vaping is allowed in the rooms or common spaces of Ederlezi Boutique Hotel. Guests can smoke only in the balconies of the rooms that have one, or outside the hotel premise.

Quiet hours

According to Greek law, quiet hours are:

  • 15:00 to 17.30 & 23.00 to 07.00 between April 1st & September 30th
  • 15:30 to 17.30 & 22.00 to 07.30 between October 1st & March 31st.

Having parties & events is not allowed in the rooms during any time of day.

Appliances

Guests are encouraged not to connect and use any other electrical appliances, except those provided in the rooms and are property of Ederlezi Boutique Hotel. Guests can charge their mobile devices (phones, tablets, PC/Macs, music reproduction devices) using their own chargers. Chargers for widely used devices, compliant with European power networks, can be provided by the reception, remain property of the hotel, cannot leave the premise and must be returned upon check out.

Government rules & regulations and application of laws

Guests are kindly requested to observe, abide by and be bound by all applicable acts, laws and Government rules & regulations of the Hellenic Republic and the European Union.

Photographs and Videos

Ederlezi Boutique Hotel is where your best memories will be made and we encourage you to take as many photographs as you want and share them with your friends on social media. However, using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is not permitted without authorization from the management.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES.
